We invite everyone to participate in the Kerala Science Slam, a significant initiative aimed at developing science communication skills among researchers, fostering a scientifically literate society, bringing the benefits of science to the people, aligning science research with addressing societal challenges, and promoting scientific awareness in the community.
The goals of Science Slams include communicating new scientific discoveries and research to the general public, cultivating the ability of scientists to convey their research to the public in a simple and engaging manner without the help of intermediaries, and popularizing science.

Luca, the science portal of the Kerala Sastra Sahitya Parishad is organizing the Science Slam in collaboration with CUSAT, Calicut, Kannur Universities, Government Women’s College Thiruvananthapuram, IIT Palakkad, Curiefy (a science education initiative), and the Science Kerala YouTube channel.
